Upon your request, we will contact you to set up a time for your free in-home consultation. During our visit, we will listen closely to your needs and wants and together determine the most effective and efficient path forward.
We will discuss design specifics with you. If needed or wanted, we have an architectural design firm that will assist with plans and drawings to help you get a clear picture of what your new ideas will look like. We will answer any of your questions and will begin planning your construction.
Once you have approved your designs and/or list of work you would like done, we will send you an estimate, without any pricing, to confirm your choices. Once that is confirmed, we will send you an estimate with our pricing, payment options and payment scheduling. Once approved, we will set the schedule.
We begin the work! Tim and the workers come in to start the process. We bring in all of the necessary equipment and materials for the job. We cover and protect the areas of your home that are not being worked on to keep them clean and usable for you. We demolition any areas that need it and remove all of the construction debris. We let you know who to go to choose your new carpets, tile, cabinets, etc. so they can be ordered and ready to be installed at the appropriate time. Subcontractors will be notified when we are ready to have them come in to do the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. We will also schedule any needed inspections during this time. Payments to us will be made as the work progresses or according to our prearranged payment plan.
We finish the work! This may include all final painting, installing new appliances, finishing all electrical work and plumbing, etc. We also completely clean the areas we worked in. The final payment is due at this time, unless it shows differently on our prearranged payment plan. Your vision has been built and we leave you to enjoy your new construction and share it with your family and friends.
