Cormier Construction is a licensed and insured general contracting company owned and operated by Tim Cormier.

Tim has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He began by working alongside his father, who owned his own plastering business. During that time, he was exposed to all phases of construction and learned the importance of hard work, integrity, and family.

Tim started his own business with a lot of experience under his belt. Word spread of his expertise, cleanliness, and high standards, and he began working in prominent homes in and around the Boston area, as well as Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. He has had the pleasure of working for players and owners of professional sports teams, as well as politicians, including a senator. He was featured on an early episode of “Today’s Homeowner” with Danny Lipford and worked with Bob Villa who is known most famously for “This Old House”.

Tim continues to have the same values and high standards and expects the same from his crews and subcontractors. They are courteous and knowledgeable, and their respect and appreciation for Tim can be seen in their craftsmanship, hard work, and care for customers' needs.

For the past 20 years Tim has called East Tennessee his home. In his off time he enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family and friends.
